Help us shape the next 25 years...

We are proud of what we have achieved in the last 25 years, and we have ambitious plans in the future.  We would love you to be part of it.  Your help and support will not only allow us to continue inspiring young lives through outdoor adventure, but will also enable us to reach more vulnerable young people.

A place on our programme which runs over 3 school years, is completely free to the young people.  However, each place costs us £3,600.  We receive no Government funding and rely entirely upon the generosity of individuals, companies, grant makers and community organisations.

Whether you join us as on one of our challenge events, make a donation, fundraise on our behalf or become one of our volunteers, you can be sure that you will be changing lives for the better.

Our fundraising events and camps are run by a dedicated team of volunteers who give their time and expertise to the Trust. Without their support we would not be able to provide such life changing opportunities for young people.

Organised Events

Why not join our growing list of supporters who challenge themselves whilst raising much needed funds for vulnerable young people. You could walk to the top of the highest mountain in the UK or travel through one of the most spectacular frozen wildernesses on the planet. Either way you won't forget your time with the Youth Adventure Trust and neither will the children who you support.

Join TEAM 25!

Exceeding your own expectations and pushing yourself are at the heart of what we do at the Youth Adventure Trust. If you have an idea of your own personal challenge whether it is running a marathon, taking part in an endurance bike ride, swimming the oceans or taking to the air - do whatever you fancy and we will support you every step of the way.

Some of the challenges our Team 25 have taken so far:-

John swam Lake Windermere, Kate took part in the Cotswold Triathlon, Jeremy jumped out of a plane, Elisha ran the London Marathon, Humphrey cycled Land's End to John O'Groats, Mark Davey (our CEO!) took part in a canoe challenge in Scotland and Tim summitted Ethiopia's highest mountain.

What I hadn't anticipated was how much I would personally gain from the experience. I came home with a great feeling of adventure; I had tackled some fears of my own and feel a stronger person for it.
