A Celebration of Life-changing Adventure!
Join us for our annual Adventure Dinner, in Somerset for the first time, at the Somerset County Cricket Ground in Taunton. This very special evening has become a highlight of our calendar, bringing friends of the charity together to celebrate the achievements and resilience of the young people we support through our adventure-based programmes and one-to-one support. We are thrilled and honoured to be hosting the Lord Lieutenant of Somerset, Mr Mohammed Saddiq as our Guest of Honour.
For just £75 per ticket (or £700 for a table of 10) you will enjoy a welcome drink on arrival and a fantastic three-course meal including half a bottle of wine. Our after dinner speaker is the incredible Jo Bradshaw, an Everest summiteer, inspirational adventurer, former YAT volunteer and a long-standing supporter of the charity. Jo will share her gripping stories of resilience and triumph as she conquered all seven of the world’s highest peaks. Her story about overcoming self doubt and risk-aversion to climb the highest mountains on each of the 7 continents is inspirational.

Eva, one of our amazing young people who completed both the YAT Adventure Programme and the YAT Mentoring Programme before joining us earlier this year as a Young Leader, will talk about the impact YAT has had on her life.
Our young people need the outdoor opportunities and one-to-one support we provide more than ever; all funds raised on the night will help us continue to run our Programmes and our Mentoring Scheme in Somerset and Wiltshire.
