Online mentoring throughout the pandemic has given Sophie somebody to talk to and an opportunity to develop coping strategies for her anxiety around leaving her recently widowed Dad when she goes back to school. By taking part in Hike Bike Paddle you’ll be supporting Sophie to get back outside again.
